NPI Safety Protocol

Current and Future NPI Players, 

    In response to the COVID-19 pandemic NPI will be implementing a required safety protocol for the safety of our players, our team, and everyone's family members. This safety protocol is designed to provide an ongoing status update as to what our expectations are of players during coaching sessions and program.  Peter, NPI Coaches, and Wellness team are committed to the safety and well being of all players.  If you have any questions please email Peter directly (peter@gonpi.org) or contact your NPI coach directly. 

A Re-Opening Date will be determined by the State of Connecticut Non-Essential Opening Plan

Portland - The Performance Center work is moving quickly and when completed we will have access to 3 studios full time as well as a dedicated area for lessons and coaching on the outdoor tee box. 

  • Please coordinate a meeting place for your session with our player support team members or your coach.

  • Please proceed to specified area following the outlined safety protocol.  NPI will be updating and communicating the current protocol on an ongoing basis depending on the current state of recommendations by health experts. 

  • If the current safety protocol creates an environment that is uncomfortable or not constructive NPI will work with the player to delay their session until the protocol changes. 

Southington - Coaching Sessions in our outdoor studio, the brand new turf tee, or short game sessions on our short game facility

  • Please coordinate a meeting place for your session with our player support team members or your coach.

  • Please proceed to specified area following the outlined safety protocol.  NPI will be updating and communicating the current protocol on an ongoing basis depending on the current state of recommendations by health experts.

Keney Park - Coaching sessions will be held at the driving range, short game area near the range, putting green near the clubhouse, and on course on weekdays. 

  • Players arriving for coaching sessions will meet their coach near the golf ball distributing shed at the practice range.

  • If the current safety protocol creates an environment that is uncomfortable or not constructive NPI will work with the player to delay their session until the protocol changes. 

As we work through this crisis as a community we are very committed to the safety and well being of everyone involved with NPI.  NPI takes the gravity of this crisis and our responsibility to our community very seriously.  We greatly appreciate your support as we during this delay in our coaching and looking forward to a healthy future.
